- In Mail, go to the Mail menu and click on Preferences.

- Under the Accounts tab (at the top), either select the account you are editing, or select the "+" sign on the bottom left to add a new account.

- Enter your e-mail information:
- Description: Account Name (will appear under "Accounts" on left.)
- Email Address: the email address the messages will be sent from
- Full Name: Your Name
- Incoming Mail Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- User Name: for your email address
- Password: for your email address
- For Outgoing Mail Server (SMTP), click and select Edit Server List.

- Under the Account Information tab, enter your server information:
- Description: mail.yourdomain.com
- Server Name: mail.yourdomain.com

- When all of your information has been updated, click the red "X" on the top left. When prompted, save your changes.
