The Caring Tree
The Caring Tree is a non-profit organization that provides school supplies for students in need throughout Minnesota. The Caring Tree approached Avallo for a new website, with the hopes that they would be able to update the website themselves.
With the nature of their organization, The Caring Tree often needed to make last-minute updates, and keep their sponsors, contributors, volunteers, and recipients informed. They needed to be able to update and add events, add and edit sponsors, as well as accept contributions, and sell their The Caring Tree branded products through a shopping cart.
We set up their new website in Avallo Panel, which allows them to easily add, edit, and update the information on their site, upload photos and registration files, as well as adding new products. The e-commerce section of their site connects directly through their credit card processor, so everything is automated.
The result is a great looking website that is easy to update, and puts the control of the website back in The Caring Tree's hands.
