The design of the home page caters to people in the construction industry. It is meant to convey the idea that you don't have to be in the office to file and monitor your lien.
Perfekt, Inc. provides construction lien services for residential and commercial projects throughout Minnesota and Wisconsin.
They came to us as a referral from a past customer. They were looking for a new website design, and were pleased to find out that we did logo and branding design as well.
The website design was stage one of the project. Stage two took on the task of getting all the service orders and contact information for their clients online. This was exciting, because Perfekt and their customers could save considerable time and resources by placing service orders and tracking them online. Once all records were in electronic format, we created an interface enabeling clients to login and manage their own service orders.
The customer login and interface is all running on a secure connection.
You are able to create new service orders in one simple step and track them through to completion.
The service order look up screen allows customers to track, edit and monitor their service orders by alerting them when a service order needs attention. The system color coats and sorts them based on importance.
Multiple companies can be assigned to one contact, allowing users to monitor more than one company's liens and easily filing them individually. Also if the contact's information changes, it can be changed in one place and auto updates the others.
