Project Definition
The first step in our website process is creating an accurate project definition. A project definition includes a project plan. We use a new client survey to gather the information needed to develop the project brief and plan.
- Collect client survey information and bring to first client meeting.Â
- Collect missing information during meeting which may include: branding, content sources, technical specs and strategy.
- Write the project plan with timeline, technical specs and maintenance plan.
- The next phase is Site Structure.
