Site Development and Testing
The site development begins with cutting up the home page layout or graphics. We start by programming the home page first. The buttons and text will be programmed and styled and photos added. One inside page will be programmed as well. Then the page will be loaded in a test directory on our server.
After Avallo has thoroughly tested the two pages in both Mac and PC platforms and all browsers down to Internet Explorer 6, a link will be sent via e-mail for your approval.
One round of changes is allowed to the two pages. Once the pages are approved, the programmers will start on the rest of the site. At this time, meta data and keywords will also be added. Large sites will be sent in sections for approval. Small sites (under 20 pages) will be set in entirety for approval. One round of changes is included on these pages. Any changes after round one are billable unless otherwise specified in the quote.
